I am a certified Dutch language teacher, dedicated to help people learn (about) the Dutch language and culture.

It all started in 2008, in that year I finished my studies as a primary school teacher (PABO) and I began to work at a primary school. After years of working with young pupils, I felt it was time for a next step. I started at a MBO (Middelbaar Beroeps Onderwijs), here I taught students with the age of 16 and older. As we grew as a school and got more NT2 students (Nederlands als 2e taal), I started a pilot at the MBO: a class for NT2 students. Here I found out my passion for teaching people the Dutch language!

And so the story continued for me: now working as a Dutch language teacher at a ISK (Internationale Schakelklas) and starting my own company Dive into Dutch!
